Charlotte joined Fleet Mortgages as a Sales Administrator in October 2022. In May 2024, she was promoted to an Internal BDM for the North West region, working alongside Donna. Charlotte is focused on building strong relationships with North West Brokers and is committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys going to the gym, running and playing with her dog!

Sarah Bowen has a background in Financial Services having worked previously as both a BDM and an employed and self-employed broker. She enjoys bringing this wealth of experience to bear when assisting brokers with their complex buy-to-let requirements. Sarah is professional, friendly and enjoys whatever challenges life throws at her and what she can learn from these. She is focused on upholding and demonstrating the high standards that Brokers expect from Fleet mortgages.

Naz has 10+ years Global Corporate Banking experience with roles spanning Relationship and Portfolio Management, Business Development, Risk and Strategy & Planning. She is CeMap qualified and is also a qualified Yoga teacher.

Jess joined Fleet Mortgages as a Sales Administrator in October 2022 after having previously worked in sales and administration for a luxury car brand. In January 2024, Jess was promoted to internal BDM team, working alongside Giovanna.

She loves dealing with people and has built up a wealth of knowledge at Fleet. She is looking forward to engaging and guiding brokers to help them have the best experience possible. In her spare time, Jess can be found at the ice rink, either training or coaching. She also enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and family.

Stella has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, and has previously worked as Mortgage Adviser for Alliance & Leicester, Underwriter, BDM and Account Manager at SPML and more recently as BDM for 7 years at Bank of Ireland where she was involved in their specialist lending before joining Fleet Mortgages as BDM for the South East in December 2021.

She has built strong relationships with her Brokers and believes in treating people the way she would like to be treated. She loves being a Senior BDM and really getting to know her Brokers, joining them on their mortgage application journey and providing an A1 service.

Outside of work she likes to keep fit, go for long dog walks and travel.

Josh joined Fleet Mortgages as a BDM in December 2018 after spending almost 6 years with a specialist lender in the later life lending market.
Supported by experienced internal BDM, Sarah Bowen, Josh has strong business acumen and is a natural relationship-builder, committed to delivering excellent levels of service with the promise of ‘I will respond to contact on the same day, guaranteed!’

Josh is passionate about learning and development, and has successfully passed his DipFA, CeMAP, CeRER qualifications.

He is also a keen golfer, so after a busy week of meeting with his broker partners and attending networking events, you can often find him on a golf course.

Giovanna has over 28 years’ experience in Financial services working in both Insurance and Mortgage services. Having gained extensive experience as a Mortgage Broker, Giovanna understands the help and support needed when dealing with clients. Giovanna previously spent 2 years as a BDM for a High Street Bank where she used her wealth of knowledge to help support her brokers.
Giovanna joined Fleet back in 2019 to focus solely on meeting with brokers and providing solutions to their customers complex BTL needs. During her time at Fleet, she has been nominated for top industry awards and is very proud to have been a finalist at the Women’s Recognition awards 2023.

In her spare time, Giovanna loves spending time with family, supporting her local football team Crystal Palace, and taking relaxing beach holidays. She’s also a dab hand in the kitchen.

Dave has been in the mortgage intermediary world for over 20 years having worked at some of the UK’s key lenders where he gained extensive knowledge of the UK specialist mortgage market. He has an extensive understanding of the intermediary world and loves to get involved and nurture relationships. Outside of work, Dave plays golf and watches football.

Katy has been working in Financial Services since 2011, with firsthand experience in arranging mortgages, commercial finance and bridging loans both as a broker and within a packager.
This valuable experience enables her to understand the challenges brokers face when trying to place cases and ensures they are managed through to completion. Katy is a great asset to firms in the Midlands, who will benefit from her experience and understanding of their role and the market.

Katy has been with Fleet since 2019 so has an in-depth knowledge of specialist BTL lending, and was shortlisted as a Finalist for BDM of the Year at the British Specialist Lending Awards. Outside of work, Katy plays in a two local netball leagues and loves to travel, aiming to visit at least 2 new destinations every year.

After leaving University with a 2:1 in Education Studies, Hannah went on to accrue over 15 years’ experience in financial services as a Customer Services Advisor, an Underwriter and a Regional Manager for a leading car brand. Using this experience as well as her newly acquired mortgage knowledge Hannah prides herself on being extremely friendly and organised with a very can-do attitude.

Helen joined Fleet in April 2022 where she worked within our busy Sales Admin team providing technical expertise to our intermediary partners and managing inbound telephone enquiries. In August 2024, she was promoted to an Internal BDM for the North East region, working alongside Chris. Helen prides herself on her extensive criteria knowledge, and she is focused on delivering the best customer service to her Brokers.

Donna has worked in Financial Services since 2007 where she started her journey in customer service for Alliance & Leicester and then quickly progressed into a telephone adviser role. In 2009, after the Santander takeover, she switched to a similar role based within a branch where she stayed for the next 7 years. 2015 saw a change in direction when Donna landed her first BDM role in the intermediary market, working for a large mortgage brokerage Fluent Money, where she worked until 2019 when she moved on to Hodge Bank looking after brokers within the later life market in the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.

Donna joined Fleet Mortgage in November 2021 and is now a Senior BDM covering the Northwest, supporting advisers within the specialist BTL market.
Donna is also a mum of two, one daughter and one son as well as the owner of two bulldogs, Mabel and Vada.

Having started out as a chef, Jason began his career in property finance in 2018 where he gained experience within Buy to Let, bridging and commercial finance. A keen problem solver, Jason enjoys finding solutions to brokers’ quirky enquiries and is focused on always delivering the best service possible.

Louisa joined Fleet Mortgages as National Key Account Manager in 2020 and is responsible for managing partnerships with our Key Accounts, Networks and Mortgage Clubs. She cultivates strategic relationships that strengthen market presence. Louisa thrives on collaboration, empowering brokers, and key partners to stay ahead of the curve and plan for what lies ahead.

Wes has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services sector in a range of roles. He joined Fleet Mortgages in 2021 as one of our Key Account Managers.

Wes’s financial services career to date has centred around the origination of specialist lending, helping both brokers and their clients achieve their goals and ensuring great outcomes for our partners and customers. The best part of the job for Wes is the satisfaction he gets from finding solutions and making a difference.

Michael started at Fleet Mortgages in 2017 in the sales team progressing to a senior telephone BDM covering Central London. In December 2021 Michael moved to a roaming underwriter role and was promoted to a Senior Roaming Underwriter in March 2024.  Michael works with some of Fleets packager clients, building relationships and being on site to underwrite cases face to face whilst also helping with new enquiries. Michael is friendly, professional, and always happy to discuss the football!
