Step 1 Application
We welcome you to view our current vacancies and find the role that suits your skills and experience. Once you have found the perfect fit, please send your CV with a covering letter to recruitment@fleetmortgages.co.uk
Step 2 Review
All applications are reviewed by HR and the Recruiting Manager. If we feel you could be right for the role, we will be in touch to arrange an interview. Our Recruitment Process will vary depending on the role but you will be fully informed of the structure prior to your interview. Our interviews are competency based and may involve some more technical questions that are specific to the position we are recruiting for.
Step 3 Outcome
Once the recruitment process is complete, we will contact you to update you on your application.
If you have been successful, we will be in touch to discuss offer details and to answer any questions you may have thought of after the interview. If you have been unsuccessful, we will inform you of our decision and provide you with feedback.
If there are no current vacancies that match your skills and experience, you are welcome to send us your CV speculatively.
By virtue of applying for a role at Fleet Mortgages you have provided your consent to us processing your personal information for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing for that purpose at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact the Head of HR in writing. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your application and, subject to our retention policy, we will dispose of your personal data securely.
We will retain your personal information for a period of six months after we have communicated to you our decision about whether to appoint you to the role for which you have applied. We retain your personal information for that period so that we can show, in the event of a legal claim, that we have not discriminated against candidates on prohibited grounds and that we have conducted the recruitment exercise in a fair and transparent way. After this period, we will securely destroy your personal information in accordance with our data retention policy OR applicable laws and regulations.
If we wish to retain your personal information on file, on the basis that a further opportunity may arise in future and we may wish to consider you for that, we will write to you separately, seeking your explicit consent to retain your personal information for a fixed period on that basis.
We have an agreed Preferred Supplier List (PSL) who we work with to provide assistance on our recruitment needs. Fleet Mortgages are not in a position to accept any speculative cvs from agencies outside of our PSL. Any unsolicited emails sent to recruiting managers or the HR team will be deleted or destroyed. Please note, we are not currently looking to review our PSL.
