With over six years’ experience in business and relationship management within the intermediary lending space, David joined Fleet from Coventry Building Society where he was a Field BDM; prior to this David worked at Metro Bank as a Telephone BDM and a Mortgage Helpdesk Representative.

Jayde joined Fleet Mortgages in September 2025 after spending over 7 years with a specialist mortgage packager and brokerage. Through this she has built up a wealth of knowledge of criteria and building and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers. Helen joined Fleet in April 2022 where she worked within our busy Sales Admin team providing technical expertise to our intermediary partners and managing inbound telephone enquiries. In August 2024, she was promoted to an Internal BDM. Helen prides herself on her extensive criteria knowledge, and she is focused on delivering the best customer service to her Brokers.

In her spare time Helen enjoys going to the gym, travelling and watching a good reality TV show!

Jess joined Fleet Mortgages as a Sales Administrator in October 2022 after having previously worked in sales and administration for a luxury car brand. In January 2024, Jess was promoted to internal BDM team, working alongside Giovanna.

She loves dealing with people and has built up a wealth of knowledge at Fleet. She is looking forward to engaging and guiding brokers to help them have the best experience possible. In her spare time, Jess can be found at the ice rink, either training or coaching. She also enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and family.

Stella has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, and has previously worked as Mortgage Adviser for Alliance & Leicester, Underwriter, BDM and Account Manager at SPML and more recently as BDM for 7 years at Bank of Ireland where she was involved in their specialist lending before joining Fleet Mortgages as BDM for the South East in December 2021.

She has built strong relationships with her Brokers and believes in treating people the way she would like to be treated. She loves being a Senior BDM and really getting to know her Brokers, joining them on their mortgage application journey and providing an A1 service.

Outside of work she likes to keep fit, go for long dog walks and travel.

Giovanna has over 28 years’ experience in Financial services working in both Insurance and Mortgage services. Having gained extensive experience as a Mortgage Broker, Giovanna understands the help and support needed when dealing with clients. Giovanna previously spent 2 years as a BDM for a High Street Bank where she used her wealth of knowledge to help support her brokers.
Giovanna joined Fleet back in 2019 to focus solely on meeting with brokers and providing solutions to their customers complex BTL needs. During her time at Fleet, she has been nominated for top industry awards and is very proud to have been a finalist at the Women’s Recognition awards 2023.

In her spare time, Giovanna loves spending time with family, supporting her local football team Crystal Palace, and taking relaxing beach holidays. She’s also a dab hand in the kitchen.

He has an extensive understanding of the intermediary world and loves to get involved and nurture relationships. Outside of work, Dave plays golf and watches football.

Katy has been working in Financial Services since 2011, gaining extensive, first-hand experience in arranging mortgages, commercial finance and bridging loans, both as a broker and within a packager. This breadth of expertise means she fully understands the challenges brokers face when placing cases and ensures she can support them effectively through to completion. Firms across the Midlands value Katy as a trusted partner, benefiting greatly from her deep understanding of their role and the specialist lending market.

Katy joined Fleet in 2019 and has since developed comprehensive knowledge of specialist BTL lending. She progressed to Senior BDM before being promoted to Regional Sales Manager in April 2026. Her dedication and performance have also been recognised externally, having been shortlisted as a Finalist for BDM of the Year at both the British Specialist Lending Awards and the Women’s Recognition Awards.

Katy has continued to build her professional credentials, completing her DipMAP in 2025 and achieving the highest score to date in the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance examination.

Outside of work, Katy plays in a three local netball leagues and loves to travel, aiming to visit at least 2 new destinations every year.

After leaving University with a 2:1 in Education Studies, Hannah went on to accrue over 15 years’ experience in financial services as a Customer Services Advisor, an Underwriter and a Regional Manager for a leading car brand. Using this experience as well as her newly acquired mortgage knowledge Hannah prides herself on being extremely friendly and organised with a very can-do attitude.

Emma joined Fleet Mortgages as a Sales Consultant in November 2023 after having previously worked as an Account Manager in the IT industry and a Primary Teacher before that. Having obtained a first class degree alongside working full time, Emma enjoys a challenge and demonstrates hard work and determination. She continues to use these skills to assist brokers with enquiries and cases, and prides herself on delivering the best broker experience she can.

Chris brings extensive experience in mortgage lending, having previously worked as both an adviser and an underwriter with a lending mandate. His strong technical background in mortgages, coupled with his commitment to helping intermediaries deliver exceptional service, has shaped a career centred around practical, client‑focused solutions.

With several management roles already under his belt, Chris stepped into the position of Regional Sales Manager in April 2026, where he leads and develops a team of Business Development Managers. Known for his supportive leadership style, he is passionate about coaching others, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Alongside his managerial responsibilities, Chris continues to serve as Senior BDM for Yorkshire and the North East as well as Scotland. He remains dedicated to working closely with mortgage brokers, helping them identify the right buy‑to‑let solutions for their clients and supporting their long‑term business growth.

Peter has worked in a variety of finance roles progressing through the lifetime of loans – from case management & underwriting to debt collection. Advising on first, second & third charge mortgages, commercial, semi commercial, bridging, developmental mortgages, protection, residential & BTL advising. The latter of which has naturally brought him to Fleet. With this background Peter knows all too well the hurdles brokers face when trying to place cases, and thrives on helping them overcome these within the specialist BTL market.

Donna has worked in Financial Services since 2007 where she started her journey in customer service for Alliance & Leicester and then quickly progressed into a telephone adviser role. In 2009, after the Santander takeover, she switched to a similar role based within a branch where she stayed for the next 7 years. 2015 saw a change in direction when Donna landed her first BDM role in the intermediary market, working for a large mortgage brokerage Fluent Money, where she worked until 2019 when she moved on to Hodge Bank looking after brokers within the later life market in the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.

Donna joined Fleet Mortgage in November 2021 and is now a Senior BDM covering the Northwest, supporting advisers within the specialist BTL market.
Donna is also a mum of two, one daughter and one son as well as the owner of two bulldogs, Mabel and Vada.

Josh is new to the Mortgage world but has previously worked in the Estate Agent and Solicitor sector for 4 and a half years. Having started off as a Sales Consultant, selling conveyancing packages to vendors and purchasers for some of the biggest estate agents in the UK, Josh worked his way up the ladder, becoming a Senior Sales Consultant, and then becoming Team Manager. Josh had also previously worked in the Finance sector for a year and a half, working as a Student Finance Officer for the University of Law. In his spare time Josh enjoys sports and likes to play football and golf.

She cultivates strategic relationships that strengthen market presence. Louisa thrives on collaboration, empowering brokers, and key partners to stay ahead of the curve and plan for what lies ahead.

Wes has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services sector in a range of roles. He joined Fleet Mortgages in 2021 as one of our National Account Managers.

Wes’s financial services career to date has centred around the origination of specialist lending, helping both brokers and their clients achieve their goals and ensuring great outcomes for our partners and customers. The best part of the job for Wes is the satisfaction he gets from finding solutions and making a difference.
