Our requirements for Panel Membership:
The firm must be regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers/Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), have a minimum of three partners, members, directors or SRA/CLC approved managers and have professional Indemnity cover of at least £2m. In addition, SRA regulated firms should be members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
How do Conveyancers join our Panel?
In order to join our panel, the Conveyancer must first register with Legal Marketing Services Limited (LMS) who provide panel management services on its behalf.The Conveyancer can contact LMS via lenderpanels@lms.com who will be able to confirm their status and, if they are not yet on panel, assist with the application.
