Assisting customers who need extra support.

We understand that our customers all have different needs and that circumstances can change over time which can vary those needs.  If you require additional support from us now, or in the future, then we’re here to help.

You may have experienced a life-changing event, been diagnosed with a health condition, or you may be struggling to understand the information we share with you.

Our team have received specialist training and will take the time to understand your individual circumstances and support you in any way they can.

What to do if you need extra support  

If your circumstances have changed or if you require additional support, please let us know as soon as you can.

Whether this additional support is required permanently or temporarily, we want to ensure that we are providing you with the appropriate support so please contact us. You can do this by calling us, emailing us or by completing the online form which are all detailed below. Upon receipt of your enquiry, one of our specially trained team will be on hand to help you.

  • We will do everything we can to understand your individual circumstances and support your needs
  • We will remain open and approachable and communicate with you with sensitivity and respect
