Steve Cox

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having started out as a mortgage broker in the early 1990’s.
He was Head of Commercial Development with Sesame Bankhall Group for 8 years, prior to joining Hodge Lifetime as Business Development Director in 2016.
In 2019 Steve joined Fleet Mortgages as Distribution Director, and was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in January 2021.
David Husbands

Joining Fleet Mortgages at the beginning of 2018, David has over 30 years experience within the industry from working for several banks and insurance companies, allowing him to acquire experience within banking, finance and insurance.
Prior to Fleet, David has enjoyed running a number of successful sales teams, demonstrating that by empowering, trusting and supporting the teams they will deliver outstanding results for our customers and the business.

Louisa
has 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry on the lender,
broker, and distribution side. During this time Louisa has built an extensive
and trusted network of partners and relationships.
Louisa joined Fleet mortgages in
October 2020 as a National Key Account Manager responsible for managing
strategic partnerships with our Key Accounts, Networks and Mortgage Clubs.
Louisa says: I love working with
the team at Fleet Mortgages. Relationships in this industry are so important to
build trust, improve knowledge and increase business, strengthening our
presence across the market. Its vital to stay in touch with brokers and key
partners to help them prepare and build plans for what the future might hold.

Wes has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector in a range of roles. He joins Fleet Mortgages from Hodge Bank, where he managed key mortgage distribution account relationships.
Wes’s financial services career to date has revolved around the origination of specialist lending, helping both mortgage brokers and their clients achieve their goals and ensuring great outcomes for our partners and customers. The best part of the job for Wes is the satisfaction he gets from making a difference!

Coming from a creative background, Jess studied Production Design at Birmingham University and went on to work on a number of film and TV sets.
Jess then decided to take a couple of years out to live in New Zealand while travelling around the Eastern side of the world. When back in the UK, she then pursued a career in marketing and is now enjoying communicating Fleet’s ‘making complex buy to let cases simple’ message to Brokers.

Sarah Todd joined Fleet in May 2022 and heads up the marketing and events team. She works closely with the sales team and is focused on developing Fleet’s marketing relationships and materials to advisers and distribution partners. She is also responsible for delivering all events Fleet takes part in and holds across the UK.
She has over 25 years’ experience in a variety of marketing manager roles specifically focused on B2B. Most recently she was Marketing Manager at retail technology business, Ecrebo.

Carly joined Fleet in September 2021 after having previously worked for two large insurance companies dealing with pensions and insurance. She has worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years and has built up a wealth of industry experience and knowledge which she puts to good use in her role at Fleet.
Carly is a senior member of the Sales Administration team and provides invaluable support to her Sales Administration colleagues as well as the wider BDM team. She is always ready and waiting to assist with any BTL enquiries that cross a broker’s desk.

She joined Fleet shortly after finishing her studies at Farnborough Sixth Form College. Previously, she carried out work experience, including working for a wedding planner which she thoroughly enjoyed. She has an active personal life and enjoys travelling, netball, horse riding, gymnastics and ice skating!

Sharon joined Fleet Mortgages as a Sales Administrator in June 2022. She provides first line telephone support for brokers, dealing with ongoing cases, responding to criteria questions as well as providing administrative support to the Sales team.
Sharon has worked in Customer Services for many years although took a break several years ago to train as a dog groomer!
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their two dogs. They are currently renovating a property which leaves her with little free time, but when she does have a spare moment, she enjoys crochet and knitting.

She found her love for property after buying her first house at the start of 2022, her other interests include interior design, shopping and watching boxing.

She previously worked in a Michelin starred restaurant in East Yorkshire for around 5 years. Having worked in the fine dining industry, she has gained excellent customer service expertise, and looks forward to bringing these skills to Fleet Mortgages as she kick starts a brand new career.
In her spare time she is an avid gym goer, reader and painter – particularly specialising in oil painting.
